Job Description

    The Data/Information Management Analyst 2 is a developing professional role that applies specialty area knowledge in monitoring, assessing, analyzing, and evaluating processes and data. You will be responsible for identifying policy gaps, formulating policies, interpreting data, making recommendations, and researching factual information. In this role, you will identify inconsistencies in data or results, define business issues, and formulate recommendations on policies, procedures, or practices. It is essential to integrate established disciplinary knowledge within your specialty area with a basic understanding of related industry practices.As a Data/Information Management Analyst 2, you will have a good understanding of how your team interacts with others to accomplish the objectives of the area. While having limited but direct impact on the business through the quality of the tasks and services provided, your impact will be restricted to your own team.Responsibilities:- Manage various data activities, including database administration, data analysis, maintenance, data quality, and database management or database architecture/design engineering.- Oversee analysis and reporting works in Fraud Operations business.- Focus on administering defined procedures, analyses, and report preparation on a day-to-day basis.- Have your work reviewed by more senior team members and limited contact outside your immediate area.- Deliver routine and defined outputs daily, while also developing knowledge of the broader context.- Assess risks appropriately when making business decisions, considering the firms reputation and complying with laws, rules, and regulations.Qualifications:- 2-5 years of relevant experience.- Proficiency in analytics and reporting tools such as SAS Base and Advanced, Tableau.- Experience in big data and machine learning (R, Python, etc.).- Ability to engage resources outside of your direct control to achieve objectives.Education:- Bachelors/University degree in Statistics or Engineering.- Relevant experience in analytics and reporting.Please note that this job description offers a high-level overview of the work performed, and other job-related duties may be assigned as required.If you are a person with a disability and require reasonable accommodations to use our search tools or apply for career opportunities, please review Accessibility at Citi.
