Job Description

    As a Data/Information Management Analyst 2 at Citigroup, you will be responsible for monitoring, assessing, analyzing, and evaluating processes and data within the Fraud Operations business. Your role will involve identifying policy gaps, formulating policies, interpreting data, making recommendations, and researching factual information. You will need to identify inconsistencies in data, define business issues, and formulate recommendations on policies, procedures, or practices. Your work will have a limited but direct impact on the business through the quality of tasks and services provided, primarily within your own team.Key Responsibilities:- Manage analysis and reporting works in Fraud Operations business- Administer defined procedures, analyses, and report preparation- Develop knowledge of the broader context in which the work is being performed- Assess risk when making business decisions, considering the firms reputation and compliance with applicable laws and regulations- Engage resources outside of direct control to achieve objectivesQualifications:- 2-5 years of relevant experience- Knowledge of analytics and reporting tools such as SAS Base, SAS Advanced, and Tableau- Experience with big data and machine learning tools like R and Python- Ability to collaborate with resources outside of direct controlEducation:- Bachelors/University degree in Statistics or Engineering- Relevant experience in analytics and reportingThis job description provides an overview of the responsibilities and qualifications for the Data/Information Management Analyst 2 position at Citigroup.
