With a team of 300 employees and hundreds of community workers, Naandi is presently working in 20 states, touching the lives of more than 1 million underserved people.Role Description:Naandi Foundation is hiring a Freelance Placement Coordinator in Pune. This is an on-site role and the coordinator will be responsible for managing the placement of female trainees in companies based on their skill sets. The coordinator will work with a team of trainers and counsellors. to provide support services to female trainees to help them develop their skills and identify their career aspirations. Additionally, the coordinator will build and maintain relationships with local businesses to help secure job placements for trainees.Qualifications: Bachelors degree in any field Experience in HR or Recruitment Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Marathi Ability to identify and build relationships with local businesses Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to work independently and as part of a team Demonstrated commitment to gender equality and social justice,
