Job Description

    Please send updated resume tofreshers@intigrow.com,if you are interested for US Technical Recruiter position immediately.Role and Responsibilities:
    1. Understand the client requirements and manage end to end recruitment.
    2. Responsible for sourcing, calling and screening of profiles
    3. Explaining the job role and interview processes to the candidates.
    4. Follow up & co-ordinate with the candidates for the various interview rounds.
    5. Responsible for achieving a target of Submissions, Placements, etc.
    6. Responsible to support and work with HR team for candidates background check and on-boarding formalities.
    Minimum Requirements:
    1. Excellent Verbal and Written Communication Skills.
    2. Graduates/Post Graduates - BBA, MBA (2hidden_mobile Batch)
    3. Should be comfortable to work in US time zone (5:30 PM 2:30 AM)
