Job Description

    Urgent | Hiring for Full Stack Dot Net Developer Experience - 7 yrsLocation - Pune, Viman NagarWork Mode - WFOFunctions
    • Design, develop, modify, implement and support software components anywhere in the software stack
    • Determine root cause for the most complex software issues and develop practical, efficient and permanent technical solutions
    • Assist in task planning, estimation and scheduling of future sprints based on product roadmap
    • Determine process improvements, best practices and develop new processes around engineering & software development
    • Responsible for ensuring that design and software development requirements are met in accordance with business needs
    • Ability to demonstrate solutions by developing documentation, flowcharts, layouts, diagrams, charts
    • Strong background in agile methodologies and ability to tech & mentor others in their use and application of agile
    • Ability to review, assess, and improve code quality
    Skills and Competencies
    • BS/BA in Engineering, Computer Science or related field
    • 8 years of software development and coding experience
    • Prior experience in designing, programming and implementing large software systems, speficially SaaS products
    • Ability to provide in-depth evaluation and analysis of complex technological issues
    • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
    • Excellent organization and time management skills with an ability to multi-task and prioritize work
    • Strong technical experience in following stack : .NET, Angular, C#, SQL Server, API, GIT.
    • Previous working experience in software design and developing customer oriented platforms and preferably SaaS companies
    Time Commitment approximately
    • 75% time spent on writing and developing quality code
    • 15% time spent on managing and working with the development teams on planning and retrospectives
    • 10% time spent working with product managers to understand the requirements goals for each product
