Job Description

Job Responsibilities:
1. Requirement Understanding: Gather and analyze project requirements through various available sources and documents provided by the team.
2. Collaboration with Architects: Assist architects in design activities and estimating the effort required for project tasks.
3. Best Practices & Methodology: Learn and apply the best practices and methodologies used in the program, adhering to established standards.
4. Coding & Unit Testing: Write code and perform unit testing according to program standards, ensuring quality and consistency.
5. Process Adherence: Follow the development processes and procedures established within the program.
6. Mentoring & Training: Mentor and train both new and existing team members, fostering skill development and knowledge sharing.
7. Stakeholder Collaboration: Identify and engage with all relevant stakeholders to reach agreements and align on project goals with minimal assistance.
8. Progress Tracking & Reporting: Track the progress of assigned tasks, provide regular status updates, and proactively address any issues to the Product Owners, Architects, and management team.
9. Team Collaboration: Work effectively in a team environment, offering help to team members to achieve shared project goals as needed.
10. Ownership & Accountability: Take personal responsibility for completing assigned tasks and deliverables on time, ensuring high quality.
11. Communication Skills: Demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills.
12. Domain Expertise: Possess experience in the retail banking domain. Familiarity with Fiserv Signature International is an added advantage.
13. Reporting to Project Manager: Regularly report to the Project Manager on the status and progress of work, ensuring timely completion with quality deliverables.
