    # Job Description# Key Responsibilities
    • Define and drive enterprise-level data and cloud architecture strategy.
    • Architect scalable, secure, and high-performance data platforms on GCP.
    • Design end-to-end cloud architecture including data, application, and integration layers.
    • Build and optimize data lakes, warehouses, and real-time data pipelines.
    • Lead solutioning using BigQuery, Dataflow, Dataproc, Pub/Sub, and Cloud Storage.
    • Establish data governance, security, and compliance standards (especially in Healthcare domain).
    • Partner with business and technology stakeholders to deliver value-driven solutions.
    • Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and architecture guidance to teams.
    • Ensure performance optimization, cost efficiency, scalability, and reliability.
    • Drive best practices in DevOps, CI/CD, and Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
    # Required Skills & Experience
    • Total 12-15 years of experience in Data Engineering / Data Architecture / Cloud Architecture.
    • Strong expertise in Google Cloud Platform (GCP) with 5 years of hands-on experience.
    • Proven experience in defining and implementing cloud architecture strategies.
    • Deep knowledge of BigQuery and modern data warehousing architecture.
    • Strong experience in designing large-scale ETL/ELT and real-time data pipelines.
    • Strong programming skills in Python and SQL.
    • Expertise in data modeling, performance tuning, and distributed systems.
    • Experience with Airflow / Cloud Composer and orchestration frameworks.
    • Strong understanding of data governance, security, and compliance (Healthcare preferred).
    • Experience in client-facing roles, solutioning, and stakeholder management.

    • Experience with other cloud platforms like AWS and Microsoft Azure.
    • GCP Certifications (Professional Data Engineer / Cloud Architect).
    • Experience in Healthcare domain (HIPAA or similar compliance exposure).
