Handle escalations adeptly to uphold customer satisfaction in a challenging market.- Financial Health: Monitor the financial well-being of the dealership by managing costs, fostering revenue growth, and regularly analyzing P&L statements.- Team Management and Development: Lead, guide, and retain top talent across sales, service, and operations teams.
