Job Description

    The role of Genesys Developer involves providing 4 Genesys PS resources and 1 Architect with AI Bot expertise for a project based in Chennai/Bangalore/Mumbai/Pune (Onsite). The team will be stationed at the Client offices, working closely with the existing Client Genesys PS teams to capture and deliver the required solutions. The project is overseen by Client Scrum masters, with separate discovery and delivery phases.The primary tasks include supporting the migration of call flows from Avaya to Genesys in Phase 1, and enhancing the migrated call flows with Conversational AI features in Phase 2. The required skills for this role include expertise in Genesys PS and AI Bot.The engagement duration for this project is 6 months, with documentation requirements to be met using an agreed template between Clients. The project includes various features and functionalities such as API integration with the client, Salesforce tight integration, Genesys Pointillist, Genesys Dialog Bot/Conversation AI for voice, as well as SMS and email functionalities.No additional features or integrations are required at this stage. The AI/Bot use cases focus on the insurance segment, with an estimated 110 intents expected for 14 Lines of Business (LOBs), subject to change during the discovery phase. Hypercare support will be needed, and a Day 1 to Day 2 transition process is planned. The Client aims to utilize their Avaya Day 2 support team for ongoing support after the migration.This is a contractual/temporary job with a contract length of 18 months.,
