This opportunity is ideal for candidates who want to build a career in IT Support, Service Desk, Helpdesk Operations, and Customer Technical Assistance.The selected candidates will provide first-level technical support, troubleshoot user issues, and ensure excellent customer service while working in a dynamic international support environment.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide technical support via voice, email, and chat channels. Troubleshoot basic hardware, software, operating system, and networking issues. Log, track, and update incidents using ticketing tools. Escalate unresolved technical issues to appropriate support teams. Follow defined SOPs and SLA guidelines. Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions and resolutions. Deliver high-quality customer service and technical assistance. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely issue resolution. Monitor and update ticket status until closure.
