Job Description

    As the Guest And Operations Manager at Antheia, an intimate boutique resort at Pawna Lake, your role will be crucial in overseeing property operations, guest management, and cost optimization to ensure efficient departmental functions and exceptional guest service.**Key Responsibilities:**- Responsible for all operations departments including F&B, Kitchen, FO, HK, Purchases, Maintenance, Garden, and Security, as well as Guest Management.- Ensure strict adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) across all departments.- Collaborate with management and team members to deliver exceptional guest service.- Guarantee a seamless guest experience from check-in to check-out.- Address guest inquiries, concerns, and requests promptly.- Efficiently resolve guest complaints, transforming negative experiences into positive outcomes.- Keep track of guest preferences and special requests to provide tailored and exceptional services.- Cultivate long-term relationships with guests to encourage repeat stays and loyalty.- Maintain accurate and updated guest records.- Conduct regular meetings, training sessions, and grooming checks for staff to ensure exceptional performance.- Promote team collaboration and communication among staff.**Qualification Required:**- Educational Qualification: Degree/Diploma in Hospitality- Experience: 5 to 7 years in the Hospitality Industry- Languages: Fluent in English & Hindi**Skills & Personal Attributes:**- Excellent communication skills with a strong team leader and team player mentality.- Proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel, Google Sheet, and Google Docs.- Highly motivated and well-groomed individual with a guest-centric approach.- Prior experience as a Property Manager, Duty Manager, or Ops Manager.*Company Information:*Antheia is an intimate boutique resort situated at Pawna Lake, offering a peaceful escape from urban life.
