    • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of services, promotions, and events.
    • Coordinate with internal departments to fulfill guest requests.
    • Build positive guest relationships to ensure repeat visits.
    • Handle reservations, bookings, and follow-ups professionally.
    Qualifications:
    • Bachelors degree in Hospitality or related field (preferred).
    • Proven experience in customer service or hospitality roles.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail.
    • Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.
