Job Description

    About the Role We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Project Sales & Business Development professional to lead business development and growth initiatives across industrial sectors including edible oil refineries, ethanol plants, water and wastewater treatment, biodiesel, and process equipment. This senior-level role offers a unique opportunity to shape strategic direction, drive sales performance, and engage in high-level client and project interactions. Key Responsibilities
    • Business Development & Strategy: Lead national and international business expansion, identify new market opportunities, and drive revenue growth through innovative go-to-market strategies.
    • Tendering & Proposals: Manage the entire tender lifecycle including pricing, cost estimation, and bid submissions. Drive techno-commercial discussions to secure large-scale project orders.
    • P&L & Commercials: Take full ownership of business profitability, pricing strategy, and cost-effective execution.
    • Client & Market Engagement: Build strong client relationships, lead negotiations, and close strategic deals. Continuously monitor market trends and competition.
    • Technical Solutions: Collaborate with technical teams to deliver value-driven, commercially viable project solutions across ethanol plants, wastewater treatment, edible oil refineries, and more.
    • Team Leadership: Guide cross-functional teams to meet business objectives and deliver successful outcomes.
    • Communication and Presentation Skills: This position involves being and representing the company in Sales & Marketing. The candidate must possess excellent communication and presentation skills Travel Requirements
    Considering business exigencies and requirements, the need for travel across PAN India or overseas (as needed) shall exist. Preferred Background
    • Proven track record in large-scale project sales across industrial sectors (ethanol, water treatment, process equipment, process industry, fabrication, etc.)
    • Strong exposure to international markets and techno-commercial deal-making
    • Excellent communication, leadership, and negotiation skills
