Their product range covers the needs and challenges of modern-day urban living.Position - Health CoachLocation - PuneRoles and responsibilitiesOur client is looking for a passionate, knowledgeable and results-driven Health Coach to join their growing wellness community. This role sits at the heart of our member experience you will drive personalized weight loss and fitness programs, build lasting community relationships, and represent our brand across digital platforms.You will be the go-to wellness expert for our clients, combining clinical nutrition knowledge with warm, motivating coaching to deliver measurable transformation outcomes.Weight Loss & Fitness Programs
    • Design, implement and monitor personalised weight loss and body composition programs for clients.
    • Conduct initial health assessments, body measurements and goal-setting consultations.
    • Track client progress through regular check-ins and adjust programs based on outcomes.
    Personalised Health & Nutrition Planning
    • Build individualised nutrition and wellness plans aligned with Herbalife Nutrition philosophy and precision nutrition principles.
    • Educate clients on macro and micronutrient balance, meal timing, hydration and supplementation.
    Community Engagement & Follow-Ups
    • Lead and facilitate community wellness events, group sessions, challenges and webinars.
    • Build strong, trust-based relationships with members through consistent, empathetic engagement.
    • Conduct regular structured follow-ups (calls, WhatsApp, in-person) to track adherence and outcomes.
    • Onboard new members, guide them through the community ecosystem and retain long-term members.
    Social Media & Digital Presence
    • Create engaging, educational wellness content for Instagram, Facebook and WhatsApp channels.
    • Collaborate with the marketing team to produce Reels, stories, posts and campaign content.
    • Represent the brand voice authentically inspiring, credible, and community-led.
