Job Description

    Key Responsibilities:Process end-to-end payroll for assigned clients accurately and within timelines.Manage monthly statutory compliance including PF, ESIC, PT, and MLWF (LWF).Handle new employee registrations and exit formalities under PF and ESIC portals.Maintain payroll records, compliance checklists, MIS reports, and dashboards.Prepare and share Monthly Compliance Reports with clients.Handle and respond to statutory notices related to PF, ESIC, PT, and LWF.Coordinate during statutory inspections and submit required documentation.Manage Shop Act registrations and amendments.Complete new establishment/code registrations under PF, PT, ESIC, and MLWF.Prepare CTC structures and salary break-ups as per minimum wages norms.Handle PF/ESIC claims, cases, and employee grievances.Ensure overall establishment compliance as per applicable labour laws.Coordinate with clients for timely data collection and statutory updates.
