Job Description

Job ProfileEfficiently Co-ordinate for all construction activities for multi projects in terms of timely completion of milestone events as per master schedule, monitoring actual costs w.r.t budget and ensuring quality of construction and as per acceptable standard. Monitoring various activities like procurement of resources, MIS reporting, client and sub-contractor billing, estimation and costing, etc. Monitor progress of Construction activities w.r.t schedule and initiate course correction through contractors. Monitor Actual costs w.r.t Budget and submit cost reconciliation statements on monthly basis. Optimum utilization of all resources- Man/ Material / Equipment/ Facilities. Contribute in deciding contracting strategy and in finalization of contractors & study contract documents for smooth execution. Monitor Implementation of safety policies, Quality systems and value engineering/ Cost- reduction exercises. Adherence to ISO processes.Candidatersquos Profile:Good supervision and proper utilization of resources to manage & complete project within the specified time, cost and quality. To ensure that all project goals are being addressed, maintains proper interface with cross-functional teams and multi-disciplinary projects at all levels. Reviews and evaluates construction workflow processes and makes appropriate modifications to meet quality standards with critical thinking, decision making and problem solving skills. Has zest towards delivering quality product ensuring maximum client satisfaction.,
