Job Description

    The International Chat Support role involves providing exceptional live chat support to our global customers. You will handle multiple inquiries simultaneously, provide timely solutions, and ensure a positive customer experience.Responsibilities
    • Provide real-time chat support to international customers.
    • Resolve inquiries and issues efficiently and professionally.
    • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
    • Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex issues.
    • Stay updated on product information and company policies.
    • Assist with customer onboarding and product demonstrations.
