Job Description

    Hiring for international voice processjob descriptionAs a Voice Process Associate, you will be responsible for handling international customer queries and providing top-notch service while ensuring customer satisfaction. The role involves effective communication, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.Responsibilities:
    • Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally and efficiently, addressing customer queries and concerns regarding products or services.
    • Provide excellent customer service by actively listening to customers, understanding their needs, and resolving issues in a timely manner.
    • Utilize effective communication skills to convey information clearly and maintain a positive and empathetic attitude toward customers.
    • Ensure adherence to quality standards and call protocols during interactions with customers.
    • Keep accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints in the designated systems.
    • Collaborate with team members and supervisors to achieve individual and team targets and contribute to a positive work environment.
    • Stay updated with product knowledge, company policies, and industry trends to provide accurate information to customers.
    • Demonstrate a proactive approach to identify and escalate priority issues to the relevant departments for resolution.
    • Follow company guidelines and best practices to maintain data confidentiality and security.
    Requirements:
    • Educational Qualification: Minimum 6 month of experience in voice process
    • Excellent command of English with strong verbal and written communication skills.
    • Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with MS Office applications.
    • The customer-oriented mindset with the ability to handle customer queries politely and professionally.
    • Quick problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet in a fast-paced environment.
    • Willingness to work rotational shifts, including night shifts.
    • Prior experience in a BPO or customer service role will be an added advantage.
    • Must be a team player with a positive attitude and a desire to learn and grow.
