    • >Manage Secured & Unsecured Lending product and achieve top line budget and cross sell target like fees, insurance, and CASA.
    • >DSA onboarding and activation
    • >Maintain higher yield
    • >Source quality portfolio and Control delinquency/recovery
    • >Basic Knowledge on product, policies, and process of Secured loans
    • >Responsible for achieving sale revenue and growth targets for Business Loan, Home loan, Loan against property
    • >Responsible to recruit all sales vendors (External Channels like DSA/Connectors etc).
    • >Responsible for hiring and training to all Sales Staff (DSA Employees/Connectors.)
    • >Responsible to source direct file in the ratio of 20% : 80%
    • >Responsible for sourcing HNI/Retail Clients for LAP, HL, DOD and LRD cases.
