Job Description

    Hiring IT Service Desk / Technical Support (Voice International Process) | Pune | 1 5 Years | 4 7 LPA We are hiring IT Service Desk / Technical Support (Voice) professionals to support global clients in an international process. The role involves troubleshooting, providing L1/L2 support, and ensuring timely resolution of technical issues across multiple platforms and devices.Key Responsibilities:
    • Provide remote support for laptops, desktops, LAN, and enterprise applications.
    • Troubleshoot issues on iOS, Android, and Windows devices.
    • Handle OS support (Windows XP 10) including patch updates, registry fixes, and virus/security troubleshooting.
    • Support Office 365, Outlook, Skype, Teams, and SharePoint applications.
    • Manage VPN connectivity, TCP/IP, and OSI model-based troubleshooting.
    • Handle and resolve tickets in compliance with SLA/KPIs.
    • Deliver excellent customer service in an international voice support environment.
    Requirements:
    • 15 years of experience in IT Help Desk / Service Desk / Technical Support.
    • Prior experience in an ICT Service Desk environment preferred.
    • Strong knowledge of Office 365, Networking, VPN, and OS troubleshooting.
    • Excellent verbal communication skills for global customer interaction.
    • Willingness to work in rotational shifts (5 days a week).
