Job Description

    Job Summary:We are looking for a dedicated Master Data Management / Customer Master Analyst to manage and maintain customer master records in ERP/CRM systems, ensuring data accuracy, collaborating cross-functionally, and driving process improvements.Key Responsibilities:
    • Create, update, and maintain customer master records in ERP/CRM systems
    • Collaborate with Sales, Finance, and Operations to ensure timely and accurate data entry
    • Perform regular audits and data cleansing to maintain high data quality
    • Resolve data-related issues and respond to stakeholder inquiries
    • Support process improvement initiatives related to master data management
    • Document procedures and maintain detailed SOPs for customer data processes
    Required Skills & Qualifications:
    • Bachelors degree in any discipline
    • 2 to 5 years of experience in a BPO environment (preferably in Retail / CPG / Manufacturing)
    • Strong understanding of master data processes, amendments, pricing, licensee, pricing sheets, reports
    • Prior customer / client facing experience
    • Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel)
    • Excellent attention to detail, analytical ability, and problem-solving skills
    • Good communication skills (verbal & written)
