Home Loan Sales Officer (Field Sales)Position: Home Loan Sales OfficerDepartment: SalesLocations: Pune, Ahmedabad, VadodaraEmployment Type: Full-TimeKey Responsibilities:1. Business Development:Identify and develop new customer leads for home loan products.Build and maintain relationships with potential clients, real estate agents, and channel partners.2. Field Sales Activities:Conduct field visits to meet prospective clients and understand their home loan requirements.Provide detailed information about loan products, eligibility criteria, and application processes.3. Lead Conversion:Convert leads generated through various channels into successful home loan disbursals.Guide customers through the loan application process, ensuring all documentation is complete and accurate.4. Market Analysis:Stay updated on market trends, competitor offerings, and real estate developments to identify business opportunities.5. Customer Relationship Management:Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through regular follow-ups and prompt resolution of queries.Act as a point of contact for clients, providing expert advice on loan-related matters.6.
