Job Description

    Job Title: Housekeeping Associate Private Residence (UHNWI)Location: Pune, IndiaSalary: Up to 30,000 per monthJob Responsibilities:
    • Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene in the residence of an Ultra High Net Worth Individual (UHNWI).
    • Perform daily housekeeping tasks, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing all living areas.
    • Ensure the upkeep and cleanliness of luxury furniture, antiques, and high-end interiors.
    • Maintain guest rooms in impeccable condition, ensuring a five-star hospitality experience for visitors.
    • Assist with organizing personal belongings and household essentials efficiently.
    • Monitor and restock household supplies, coordinating with vendors for procurement.
    • Coordinate with other household staff, including chefs, chauffeurs, and security personnel, to ensure seamless household operations.
    • Follow hygiene, safety, and sanitation protocols as per five-star hotel standards.
    • Provide discreet, professional, and service-oriented hospitality at all times.
    Requirements:
    • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in housekeeping, preferably in a 5-star hotel or luxury residence.
    • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high cleanliness standards.
    • Familiarity with handling luxury home dcor, delicate fabrics, and high-end cleaning equipment.
    • Ability to work discreetly and maintain confidentiality in a private household.
    • Good communication skills and a polite, professional demeanor.
    • Flexibility to work as per the employers schedule, including weekends and holidays if required.
