Job Description

    This role is for a dynamic and experienced HR Leader to join our team. As the HR Leader, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our organizations human resources strategy and HR operations. You will be responsible for fostering a positive and inclusive work environment while driving initiatives that support our overall business objectives.In this role, your responsibilities will include strategic HR leadership, employee relations and engagement, talent acquisition and management, HR operations and compliance, as well as learning and development. You will develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the BUs goals, drive organizational effectiveness through talent management, and lead efforts to enhance employee engagement and satisfaction. Additionally, you will oversee recruitment processes, ensure compliance with employment laws, and champion learning initiatives to support employee growth.You are someone who promotes high visibility of shared contributions to goals, takes action in evolving situations, seeks input from pertinent sources, and makes timely decisions. You will need proven experience of 10 to 12 years in Business Partnering or senior HR generalist roles, strong leadership skills, in-depth knowledge of HR best practices and regulations, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a strategic mindset.
