We are looking for an experienced and business-focused Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to join our growing Global Capability Center (GCC) in Pune. The HRBP will act as a strategic partner to business leaders, driving people initiatives that enable organizational growth, employee engagement, and business performance.This role requires someone who can balance strategic HR partnership with operational excellence while supporting a fast-paced, technology-driven organization.sStrategic Business PartnershipPartner with business leaders to understand organizational priorities and translate them into people strategiesAct as a trusted advisor on organization design, workforce planning, talent management, and employee engagementSupport leaders in driving business transformation and organizational effectivenessEmployee Relations & EngagemenProvide guidance on employee relations matters, conflict resolution, and performance concernsDrive employee engagement initiatives, culture-building activities, recognition programs, and wellness initiativesFoster an inclusive and high-performance work environmentPerformance & Talent ManagementPartner with managers on goal setting, performance reviews, and performance improvement plansIdentify high-potential talent and support succession planning and leadership developmentCoach managers on effective people management and leadership practicesTalent Acquisition PartnershipWork closely with the Talent Acquisition team to support workforce planning and hiring prioritiesEnsure a smooth onboarding and assimilation experience for new employeesHR Operations & ComplianceEnsure HR policies and practices are consistently implementedSupport employee lifecycle activities, including onboarding, confirmations, promotions, transfers, and exitsEnsure compliance with applicable labor laws, company policies, and statutory requirementsPartner with payroll and HR operations teams to ensure seamless execution of HR processesCompensation & RewardsSupport annual compensation review, promotions, and reward programsProvide market insights and compensation recommendations in partnership with the Total Rewards teamEnsure internal equity and consistency in compensation decisionstIdentify capability gaps and partner with Learning & Development teams to create development plansSupport leadership development and employee career growth initiativesHR Analytics & ReportingMonitor and analyze key HR metrics, including attrition, retention, engagement, hiring, and performancePresent data-driven insights and recommendations to business leadersnsBachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related disciplinMBA/PGDM in Human Resources preferre812 years of progressive HR experience, including HR Business PartnerinExperience supporting technology, product engineering, or Global Capability Centers (GCCs) is highly preferreStrong understanding of Indian labor laws and HR best practicellsStrong business acumen and stakeholder management skilExcellent coaching and influencing abilitiExperience managing employee relations and performance managemeExperience working with HRIS systems and HR analytics tooikeTrusted advisor to business leadeStrong talent retention and succession pipeliEffective execution of HR programs aligned with business goaData-driven decision-making that improves organizational performanUsBe part of a high-growth Global Capability Center where youll have the opportunity to shape the employee experience, influence business outcomes, and contribute to building a world-class organization.
