Employee Relations: Address and resolve employee grievances, foster a positive work environment, and manage disciplinary procedures effectively. Performance Management: Support managers in conducting performance reviews and creating development plans. Autonomous Problem-Solving: Act as the go-to person for operational HR challenges, providing innovative and practical solutions. Culture Building: Contribute to creating a collaborative and engaging workplace aligned with the companys values.Qualification: Bachelors degree in Business Human Resources, or related field. 1 to 3 yrs of HR operations experience preferably from a fast paced environment. Excellent communication, Problem solving and interpersonal skills.
