Job Description

The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment processes, focusing on high-volume hiring while ensuring the selection of top-quality candidates.     1. Bulk Hiring Strategy:
      • Develop and implement effective strategies for bulk hiring to meet the organizations workforce needs.
      • Collaborate with hiring managers and department heads to understand staffing requirements and align recruitment efforts accordingly.
    2. Candidate Sourcing:
      • Utilize various sourcing channels, including job boards, social media, networking, and employee referrals, to identify and attract a diverse pool of qualified candidates.
      • Proactively build talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
    3. Screening and Selection:
      • Conduct initial resume screening and assessments to identify candidates qualifications and suitability for the role.
      • Coordinate and conduct bulk interview processes, ensuring a streamlined and efficient experience for both candidates and hiring teams.
    4. Candidate Experience:
      • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
      • Provide timely communication and feedback to candidates, keeping them informed about their application status.
    5. Collaboration:
      • Partner with hiring managers, HR business partners, and other stakeholders to understand departmental needs and foster strong working relationships.
      • Collaborate with the HR team to ensure alignment with overall talent acquisition and retention strategies.
    6. Data Management:
      • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the applicant tracking system (ATS) and other relevant databases.
      • Generate reports and analytics related to recruitment metrics, providing insights for continuous improvement.
    Requirements:
    1. Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
    2. Proven experience as an HR Recruiter with a focus on bulk hiring.
    3. Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other HR software.
    4. Strong understanding of employment laws and regulations.
    5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    6. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
    7. Proactive and results-oriented with a focus on continuous improvement.
    8. Strong organizational and time-management skills.
    9. Experience in high-volume recruiting within industries is a plus.
