Position: HVAC Sales ManagerLocations: Mumbai / Pune / NagpurJob SummaryWe are looking for an experienced and result-oriented HVAC Sales Manager to drive business growth and lead the sales function for HVAC solutions. The role will focus on developing regional sales strategies, managing key customer relationships, leading the sales team, and securing high-value commercial and industrial projects involving products such as Chillers, VRF Systems, and Heat Pumps.Key ResponsibilitiesSales Strategy & Business Growth
• Develop and implement regional sales strategies to expand the HVAC business.
• Identify new business opportunities across commercial buildings, industrial facilities, and data centers.
• Drive revenue growth by targeting high-value projects and strategic accounts.
Team Leadership
• Lead, motivate, and mentor the HVAC sales team.
• Set individual and team sales targets and monitor performance against assigned goals.
• Conduct regular performance reviews and provide guidance to improve sales effectiveness.
Business Development & Client Management
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, HVAC consultants, architects, contractors, and channel partners.
• Identify potential projects and convert leads into successful business opportunities.
• Manage key accounts and ensure long-term customer engagement.
Technical Sales
• Conduct product presentations and technical discussions with clients.
• Explain HVAC solutions and their technical benefits in a clear and consultative manner.
• Recommend suitable HVAC solutions based on customer requirements and project specifications.
Sales Forecasting & Reporting
• Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and ensure timely follow-up on opportunities.
• Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual sales forecasts.
• Track sales performance, market trends, and business development activities.
Eligibility & Experience
• Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5-10 years of experience in technical sales, preferably within the HVAC, thermal management, or related industry.
• Prior experience in managing or leading a sales team is required.
• Proven experience in handling commercial and industrial HVAC projects will be preferred.
Technical Knowledge
• Strong understanding of HVAC systems and applications.
• Good knowledge of Chillers, VRF/VRV Systems, Heat Pumps, and related HVAC solutions.
• Ability to understand technical specifications and provide consultative solutions to customers.
