Role involves servicing of climatic chamber with refrigeration, electrical, mechanical andinstrumentation oriented skills.Key Role & Responsibilities:Trouble shooting Refrigeration, Electrical, Mechanical oriented malfunctionings of the equipmentScheduling and completing AMC & Warranty schedules with adherenceWorking towards achieving KPI for breakdown time and payment collectionWorking towards obtaining appreciation from the customers through customer satisfaction surveyProviding training and demonstration of the product to the customers during installationUpdating reports and status of work in Companies Online portal on daily basisContributing towards generating revenue to the department with effective skills
