Job Description

    Responsibilities:
    • Input and update data from various sources into computer systems and databases
    • Verify accuracy and completeness of data entries
    • Review and correct any errors or inconsistencies in entered data
    • Maintain data integrity and confidentiality
    • Generate reports and perform data analysis as required
    • Organize and maintain physical and electronic files and recordsRequirements:
      • High school diploma or equivalent qualification
      • Proven experience in data entry or related administrative roles is preferred
      • Excellent typing skills and accuracy in numeric and alphanumeric data entry
      • Proficiency in using data entry software and tools (e.g., spreadsheets, databases)
      • Strong attention to detail and ability to identify errors or inconsistencies
      • Excellent time management and organizational skills
      • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
      • Strong written and verbal communication skills
      • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
