Job Description

    • Demand Planning process experience required i.e. There are numerous Excels, extracts from Clarity, PowerBI data - we need to design and build an efficient way to capture, iterate and report on a significant volume of data re the 2023 financial and resource plan across the portfolio. We will have to reach out to a large # of stakeholders, request and gather their data, interpret their responses, critically analyse it, summarise and report on the implications of the aggregate. We have some artefacts from last year in Excel that we re currently updating but I need this person to take ownership of that working with me, the Portfolio Managers, ETO and finance to make sure the format we utilise is clear, contains all the required levers that will need to be analysed in the iteration process, that all requirements are captured and most importantly that all sources can be easily consolidated and repeatedly refreshed with minimal risk of manual error throughout the demand planning process.
    - good at handling data, data visualisation (charts, graphs in ppt and Excel etc) has an excellent attention to detail, is quick to learn, and has advanced Excel skills.
    • Design and maintenance of a suite of analytics and reporting dashboards that produce accurate and timely analysis of the bank-wide change portfolio, including project financial, resourcing and delivery reports
    • Draw key insights out of the analytics, and work with the Head of Portfolio Performance to shape reporting to Exec Stakeholders on the state of the bank-wide change portfolio
    • Capture user requirements across Change and Exec Stakeholders and address these requirements in MI and analytics design as appropriate.
    • Leverage best in class software and reporting technology (e.g. Power BI) for MI and analytics; look for opportunities for further improve the user experience; drive overall continuous improvement
    • Ensure effective communication and collaboration with all stakeholders
    • Establish an effective collaboration with relevant internal partners on joint objectives
