Job Description

    Job Summary:The primary responsibility is to provide clinical expertise through consultation, education, and training on ASP products to both internal and external customers. This role involves collaborating with the Account Executive to deliver best-practice solutions that align with and exceed the companys business objectives.Key responsibilities include fostering long-term customer relationships, positioning ASP as the preferred vendor, and supporting strategic accounts with economic and value-driven solutions.Key Responsibilities:- Offer clinical expertise to customers regarding ASP products and processes through consultation, assessment, and education.- Address clinical customer concerns and relay feedback to the ASP team, representing the customers voice.- Serve as a clinical expert for ASP staff on new product development, launches, market trends, and customer-driven needs.- Communicate business opportunities and customer insights to the sales team promptly.- Plan and deliver educational programs and training sessions to ASP employees.- Assist in the development of clinical marketing content.- Design and implement customer education programs to address current and future needs.- Stay up-to-date with clinical and technical knowledge of ASP products.- Effectively manage and prioritize a work schedule to meet customer needs in a timely, cost-effective manner.- Engage in continuous professional development through active membership in professional organizations.- Adhere to ASP policies and procedures within the scope of responsibilities.- Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams to assess and evaluate ASP products in the market and help achieve business goals.Key Skills/Knowledge:- Provide training on ASP products and procedures to both ASP and non-ASP customers.- Design Infection Prevention Programs for healthcare professionals in Indian hospitals in alignment with HLD, LLD, and TS standards.- Deliver sessions on Instrument Reprocessing, Environmental Disinfection, and Infection Prevention.- Support the India Sales team in executing strategic education initiatives.- Clinical expertise in surgical instrumentation, including endoscopic instruments.- In-depth knowledge of sterilization and high-level disinfection processes.- Familiarity with operating room, central processing, and endoscopy suite practices, procedures, and protocols.- Understanding of perioperative nursing standards, infection control standards, and SPD guidelines.- Knowledge of ASPs products and competitive offerings.- Awareness of market trends in healthcare environments using ASP products.- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written, at all levels.- Strong customer focus with relationship-building skills.- Effective team collaboration and partnership skills.- Advanced presentation skills, including preparation and delivery.- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint.Education/Experience Requirements:- Preferred qualifications include an MSc in Microbiology, MHA, or RN with a BSN degree in a healthcare-related field.- Minimum 3 years of clinical experience in the OR, SPD, Endoscopy, or infection prevention practices, or 3 years of clinical experience in the medical device industry.- Management experience in OR, SPD, or Endoscopy is preferred.- At least 1 year of experience delivering educational programs or presentations is preferred.
