Job Description

INFOSYS BPM is hiring for Selenium with Dev Ops. Please find the details below.Minimum qualification: Any graduate (10+2+3 Years of regular education).Skill(s): Selenium with Dev Ops.Responsibilities-

  • Understand Architecture Requirements and ensure effective Design, Development, Validation and Support activities related to testing.
  • Good understanding of the Java technology and domain.
  • Ability to lead a team towards a desired goal.
  • Ensure continual knowledge management.
  • Adherence to the organizational guidelines and processes.
Technical and Professional Requirements-
  • Minimum 2 years of strong relevant experience on selenium with Dev Ops is mandate.
  • Thorough knowledge of requirements elicitation and analysis tools and techniques in order to deliver.
  • Ensure design, build and implementation of work product; participate in requirements elicitation, validation of architecture, creation and review of test case design.
  • Guide team in developing optimized high quality code deliverable, (code configuration and documentation), perform code deliverable reviews and Functional test plan reviews, conduct independent testing and sign off code release for Production.
  • Lead the team for functional/integration/system/performance testing based on test plans and support UAT.
  • Working knowledge of preventive and corrective maintenance practices in order to identify defects.
  • Broad knowledge of testing types, tools and best practices and processes to create test strategy and plan to validate entire system against requirements.
  • Update existing tests/Create new tests in the automation test suite (using Selenium).
  • Write test planning documentation from requirements specifications.
  • Review all testing documents and other test-related documentation.
  • Assist in implementation of the overall testing strategy.
  • Ensure that quality standards are adhered to during the development of products.
  • Add new tests and expand the automation test suite.
  • Collect and create test data for functional and non-functional testing.
  • Run functional and non-functional tests.
  • Liaise with developers during the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
  • Provide estimates for test activities.
  • Interface with customer for issue resolution, provide status updates build customer confidence in Teams ability to deliver.
  • Good understanding of IT delivery stream testing methodologies.
  • Experience in Development/ Configuration/solutions evaluation/ Validation and deployment.
  • Good Analytical and Communication skills.
  • Strong ability to take bottom line responsibility.
