Job Description

    Roles and responsibilitiesConduct video calls with potential students to introduce our products/services and close sales leads. The Senior Business Development Associate needs to wear a blazer, well-dressed and look very professional as per our dress code policy during the video calling session. Utilize persuasive communication skills to effectively present product features and benefits during video calls. Close sales and achieve weekly-monthly quotas. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through video interactions, addressing their queries and concerns. We believe in hiring partners rather than just employees. Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective video sales strategies and achieve sales targets. Stay updated on industry trends and competitors offerings to provide insightful recommendations to clients during video calls. Continuously enhance video sales techniques and strategies through self-improvement initiatives and training sessions. Looking for individuals who possess a mindset of perseverance and are willing to take on challenges with a strong sense of determination and motivation. Apart from your Fixed Income Variable income you will receive companys shares in the form of ESOPS making you partners in the organization.RequirementMinimum of 1 year experience in video calling sales. Strong communication, negotiation, excellent analytical, problem-solving skills and interpersonal skillsKnowledge of the industry and market trends. Proficiency in using video conferencing tools and software. Strong negotiation and closing skills, with a track record of achieving sales targets.Budget - 4.2 lpa incentivesLocation - Baner, Pune
