Job Description

    BUILD & Have a clear understanding of ANNUAL SALES & BUSINESS PLAN, have confidence in itsauthenticity and ability to strategies activities to meet business plan through all resourcespossible. Should be able to recruit, train & attain targets through a professional team of sales staff. MUST HAVE VERY GOOD ABILITY TO WITHSTAND CUSTOMER PRESSURE AND BALANCE OUTBETWEEN DUROFIT TEAM AND CUSTOMER BASE TAKING THE SALES & TEAM ALONG. Ability to determine and build a collective thought process among Key employee minds insidecompany to attain targets by all means by combined effort of whole verticals/ departments oforganization. Insure 100% ON TIME delivery of goods to customer through sales & logistics planning. Insure ZERO quality rejections at customer end by strict controlling measure inside. Insure 100% On-time payment collections from customers with a no compromise approach. Plan, organize and make maximum business through various online and contact sales promotionactivities including exhibitions domestically and internationally. There are 4 internal sales team inside Durofit. He/ She must build a team of internal salesengineers for each sales divisions and build sales offices for all regions. He/ She must focus onrecruiting and training 4 field sales staff for each region to insure 100% customer contact. Ability to work closely with PPC & NPD dept. for new development, approval and regularization ofnew businesses. Willingness to travel as on requirements is very important. Must conduct sales meeting every morning and do work allocation to all sales staff and allied staffto insure proper working and meeting of various targets to meet Business plan objective. Conduct monthly review of performance of each staff and verticals heads to insure that they aremoving as per business plan targets. Take strict actions if there is deviations found and takenecessary penalty actions. Determines annual unit and gross-profit plans by implementing marketing strategies; analyzingtrends and results. Brand Building through print, visual, interactive mediums. Payment collections and settling any disputes arises from customers side. Corrective actions if the sales charts are not scaling by implementing procedural and progressiveactions. Establishes sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas for regions andterritories; projecting expected sales volume and profit for existing and new products. Implements national sales programs by developing field sales action plans. Maintains sales volume, product mix, and selling price by keeping current with supply anddemand, changing trends, economic indicators, and competitors. Establishes and adjusts selling prices by monitoring costs, competition, and supply and demand. Completes national sales operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees;following up on work results. Maintains national sales staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees. Maintains national sales staff job results by counseling and disciplining employees; planning,monitoring, and appraising job results. Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewingprofessional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies. Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed. Safe keeping of instruments like personally allotted computer, phones, accessories, samples boxesetc. MIS reports periodically and as required by the immediate supervisor and Finance and admindept.
