Job Description

    As an Instructional Design Manager in the Talent & Organization (T&O) division of S&C Global Network, you will play a crucial role in assisting clients from diverse industries in Learning Design and Development, Change Management, and HR Transformation. Your expertise will be utilized to craft innovative learning strategies and solutions, aiding clients in managing organizational change and facilitating a seamless transition process. Essentially, you will be an integral part of a team dedicated to shaping the workforce of the future.Your responsibilities will include analyzing learning needs to address business requirements, prioritizing skill gaps, developing learning strategies, and recommending appropriate interventions aligned with business needs. Collaborating effectively with clients to understand their needs and proposing tailored learning solutions will be essential. You will also be responsible for integrating new and innovative learning strategies into solutions, managing project setup, mentoring instructional and technology designers, overseeing budgets, timelines, and project outcomes, monitoring progress, and contributing to business development initiatives.To excel in this role, you are expected to have a Bachelors degree, along with a minimum of 10 to 13 years of experience in instructional design, learning delivery, and learning technology. A background in HR/Learning, a postgraduate qualification in Instructional Design or Learning Sciences, or an MBA/PMP certification would be desirable. You should possess expertise in managing corporate learning programs, leading agile projects, developing learning solutions for technology transformation programs, and building strong client relationships. Additionally, being proficient in eLearning technologies, project management, data analysis, and communication skills will be beneficial.Your role will require you to demonstrate proficiency in adult learning principles, project management, rapid development tools, learning platforms, and problem-solving.
