Job Description

We are seeking an Instructional Designer for Learning Management Solutions provider.Job Profile:Work independently on all core instructional design tasks, including but not limited to o Understanding client requirements and propose learning solutions to meet the requirementsFormulate instructional approachesCreate HLOs, DCOs and IDDsDevelop detailed storyboards in Word and PowerPointCreate formative and summative assessmentsProvide production supportReview deliverables to ensure adherence to storyboard instructionsComprehensive understanding of learning theories and models and ability to effectively apply them while solutioningCommunicate clearly and concisely with internal team members and clientsEstablish and maintain professional and productive working relationships with peers and clientsInteract and collaborate with SMEsDemonstrate effective time management and task prioritization skillsGood interpersonal skills and ability to interact confidently and comfortably with people from different countries and cultures, and with team members from different functionsRequirement:3 years of experience in instructional designExcellent written and verbal communication skillsSound knowledge of ID theories and practicesProficiency in PowerPoint and WordAbility to work independentlyFamiliarity with eLearning project lifecyclesFlexible and comfortable working in different time zones, geographies, and cultures
