Job Description

    Lead and mentor junior developers in information integration standards, best practicesProvide expertise as the internal escalation pointProviding training for the customer support teamWorks with development teams to identify accurate cost and resourcing needs for ETL projectsLeads efforts to diagnosis complex ETL and/or performance issues in existing production applicationsManages all aspects of small to medium projects concurrently from initiation through closure Develops, sells and implements comprehensive project plans, encompassing project team structure and resource assignment, implementation, testing and training plans, creation of a control plan identifying both business process metrics and IT platform quality requirements and ensuring successful transition to support and maintenance teams Owns all project riskResponsible for the end to end process once the PM is transitioned from SalesFollow a defined process/checklist to prepare the environment set up of the new PMSet expectations with all parties involvedTrack tasks and ensure deadlines are met through the process to ensure a smooth transition experience for the PM
