Job Description

    3-5 years of Integration (Java) Experience- Good Technical knowledge (Java)- Integration Architecture knowledge (Web Services, REST, SFTP, JMS, etc.)- Integration Design Patterns- JSON and XML parsers- Excellent communication skills- Project ManagementMentoring skills :- Hands on experience on ESB tools like MuleSoft, Talend, etc. is an added advantage- Knowledge on ERP systems like SAP, Oracle, PeopleSoft etc.- Knowledge on Procurement domain is an added advantage- Please add the following to your searches as well. These are mandatory.Integration Support Specialist : Mule ESB, Web Services- Rest, SOAP.JOB DESCRIPTION :- Manage Successful Delivery of Integration Implementations- Manage customer expectations and work with Zycus / Customer Project Managers to meet project time line and quality obligations- Manage and mentor engineers from Zycus / Partners to successfully deliver Integration solution- Lead Integration Governance related initiatives in Zycus- Support Zycus sales team on Integration related pre-sales activities- Work well in both individual and team settings both on and off client side- Effectively balance new feature and maintenance workloads- Work on reusable business integration components between Zycus and other ERP systems- Design and develop Integration interfaces- Participate in Integration requirement gathering (Onsite and/or Teleconference)Leadership Abilities :- Has proven ability to lead a team of 1-2 developers- Should be able to optimize & effectively manage resources and time of fellow team members- Should be able to identify, track and mitigate risks to the product- Should not hesitate to carry out healthy and constructive confrontation with team members, peers and managers for the benefit of the ProductRequired Candidate profileEDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS : Graduate
