Job Description

    SENIOR EXECUTIVE INTERNATIONAL BUSINESS EXPANSION & GCC ESTABLISHMENT Educrane Planet Pvt. Ltd. | Pune, Maharashtra | Full-Time | Travel: India, GCCABOUT US Educrane Planet is a fast-growing international services company based in Pune, operating across the India-Europe corridor. Our verticals span Global Education, International Recruitment, Healthcare Solutions, Medical Tourism, Energy Solutions, and GCC (Global Capability Centre) Establishment. We partner with foreign companies entering India and Indian companies expanding into Europe delivering end-to-end market entry, GCC setup, and institutional partnerships.ROLE OVERVIEW This is a high-stakes strategic ownership role. You will independently drive international business expansion from first C-suite conversation to signed contract, entity setup, team build-out, and revenue delivery.
    1. CEO & C-Suite Relationship Management
    • Build and manage direct relationships with CEOs, Founders, MDs, Board Members, and Investors
    • Lead strategic business conversations vision alignment, expansion strategy, long-term partnerships
    • Represent Educrane Planet independently in MoU signings and board-level discussions
    • Prepare executive briefings, capability decks, and proposals for C-suite decision-makers
    1. GCC Establishment & India Market Entry
    • Lead end-to-end GCC setups: entity registration, office setup, talent acquisition, payroll, compliance, and BOT model execution
    • Guide foreign companies through India market entry entity selection, regulatory approvals, operational ramp-up
    • Manage client engagements from scoping to steady-state, scaling teams from 0 to 100
    • Develop GCC proposals, commercial models, and implementation roadmaps
    1. Europe India Expansion Strategy
    • Support Indian companies expanding into Europe and European companies entering India
    • Advise on cross-border taxation, trade structures, bilateral investment frameworks, and government incentives
    • Build relationships with chambers of commerce, consulates, and industry associations
    1. Strategic Partnership Development
    • Negotiate and sign MoUs and commercial agreements with universities, healthcare organisations, tech companies, and recruitment firms
    • Structure partnership terms: revenue-sharing, co-delivery, referral, and sub-agency arrangements
    • Represent Educrane Planet at international fairs, trade delegations, GCC forums, and conferences
    1. Commercial Acumen & Deal Structuring
    • Own the commercial proposal: pricing, margin, revenue model, and contract structure
    • Manage P&L fixed fees, milestone payments, revenue sharing, and retainer models
    • Prepare financial models, deal summaries, and business cases for negotiation and internal approval
    1. Full Project Ownership
    • Own the full lifecycle: Lead Proposal Negotiation Contract Setup Delivery Growth
    • Single point of accountability for each client engagement, internally and externally
    • Coordinate legal, HR, finance, and operations teams to deliver against committed timelines
    CANDIDATE PROFILEEssential:
    • Graduate / Postgraduate (Business, International Relations, or Law preferred)
    • 5 years in GCC consulting, global expansion, corporate strategy, or international business development
    • Strong command of English written and verbal
    • Comfortable with P&L, financial modelling, and commercial contract review
    • Willing to travel frequently across India, Europe, and GCC
    Preferred:
    • Direct GCC setup experience (entity, payroll, compliance, talent, BOT)
    • Europe market entry or IndiaEurope cross-border transaction experience
    • Existing network of CXO contacts in India, Europe, or GCC
    • Knowledge of cross-border taxation, FEMA, and foreign entity regulations
    • Background in technology, healthcare, education, or recruitment sectors
    • Multilingual ability (German, Czech, Slovak, Arabic, or French added advantage)
