As part of their digital acceleration strategy, they are investing in forward-looking IT transformation capabilities.Role OverviewWe are seeking an experienced IT Digital Transformation Specialist to lead and execute high-impact digital initiatives across enterprise systems. This role blends domain expertise in automotive/manufacturing IT with strong capabilities in Key Account Management (KAM) and Request For Quotation (RFQ) processes to deliver integrated and scalable business solutions.Key Responsibilities Drive end-to-end digital transformation projects tailored to automotive and manufacturing operations. Leverage knowledge of KAM and RFQ frameworks to improve digital workflows and strategic decision-making. Evaluate, implement, and optimize digital tools and solutions in line with business goals. Partner with cross-functional teams to align transformation strategies with operational needs. Identify opportunities for automation, innovation, and systems integration.Skills and Experience Required 6 to 8 years of experience in digital transformation roles within the automotive/manufacturing domain. Deep understanding of enterprise IT systems, automation, and change management. Proven experience in KAM practices and RFQ process improvement.
