Job Description

    ADORIT is seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented IT Infrastructure Sales Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, developing, and securing new business opportunities within the IT infrastructure services sector. You will play a key role in building strong client relationships, exceeding sales targets, and ensuring customer satisfaction.Responsibilities:
    • Identify, source, and secure both long-term and short-term B2B business opportunities in the IT infrastructure services sector.
    • Develop new business opportunities within existing and new customer bases, aligned with the sales strategy outlined in the Go-To-Market plan.
    • Focus on client retention by consistently meeting customer expectations and delivering excellent service.
    • Manage daily sales activities, including proposals, updating clients on ongoing orders, prospecting, and market development.
    • Collaborate with the operations, technical, and marketing teams to provide valuable customer feedback and ensure seamless service delivery.
    • Cultivate and maintain strong client relationships to support long-term business success.
    • Assist in debt collection processes to ensure timely payments while upholding positive client relationships.
    Desired Qualifications:
    • Proven experience in B2B IT sales across various industries, particularly in the IT infrastructure and services domain.
    • Experience working with prominent clients like ADOBE, MICROSOFT, and Tata Tele Business Services is a strong plus.
    • Fluency in both verbal and written English is required for effective communication.
    • Strong interpersonal and networking skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and stakeholders.
    • Ability to effectively communicate, negotiate, and persuade clients, ensuring they are aligned with ADORITs offerings.
    • Diligence in following up on all service and software lead opportunities on time.
    • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding daily, monthly, and yearly sales targets.
    • Proficiency in computer skills, including MS Office, and email (Outlook preferred).
    Education:
    • Undergraduate degree in Computer Science (BE, B.Tech., BCA), Information Technology (B.Sc. IT), or a related field.
    • A Masters degree in Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on Sales & Marketing is preferred.
