Job Description

    Job Title: IT Service Management / IT Operations Support AD Server (Active Directory)
    • Location: Pune
    • Experience: 3-5 years
    • Salary Range: 3 LPA 4 LPA

    Role Overview:We are seeking an experienced IT Service Management / IT Operations Support Specialist with strong expertise in Active Directory (AD) to join our team. The ideal candidate should have 35 years of hands-on IT support experience across desktops, laptops, IP phones, servers, and LAN infrastructure.Key Responsibilities:
    • Provide 1st & 2nd level IT support for desktops, laptops, IP phones, and server environments.
    • Manage and administer Active Directory, DHCP, DNS, and AD Server environments.
    • Perform server implementation, administration, and troubleshooting.
    • Provide basic LAN infrastructure support including switches, firewalls, and routers.
    • Ensure SLA adherence, root cause analysis, and incident prevention for IT issues.
    • Handle IT asset management, inventory control, and reporting.
    • Support capacity and availability management tools to ensure IT service reliability.
    Key Requirements:35 years of proven IT support experience (desktops, laptops, servers, IP phones).Expertise in Active Directory, DHCP, DNS, and AD server administration.Hands-on experience with incident management, service request handling, and root cause analysis.Knowledge of LAN infrastructure and basic network troubleshooting.Strong understanding of IT asset management, IT reporting, and SLA processes.Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a flexible shift environment.How to Apply:Interested candidates can send their resume to hidden_email or contact 91 84hidden_mobile2.
