Job Description

    As an IT Recruiter at ITpreneur, you will be responsible for finding and attracting top talent in the IT industry. This is a full-time on-site role located in Pune, and your day-to-day tasks will include sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates, evaluating their technical skills and fit with clients requirements, and ensuring a smooth recruitment process. You will be working closely with the HR team, hiring managers, and other stakeholders to identify and fulfill recruitment needs.Qualifications
    • Bachelors degree in HR, Business Administration, or related fields
    • Minimum of 0-2 years of relevant experience in IT recruitment
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Strong knowledge of technical skills and trends in the IT industry
    • Proven track record of sourcing and attracting top talent
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, under tight deadlines and changing priorities
    • Experience with various sourcing techniques, including social media, job boards, networking, and employee referrals
    • Knowledge of applicant tracking systems and other HR software
