Senior Engineer /Lead Location PuneWe are looking for a J2EE developer responsible for the development and maintenance of Java based backend services. Your primary focus will be the development of backend services for which will part of analytics pipeline for an upcoming product of a reputed OEM. You will be working along- side other engineers and developers working on different layers of the project infrastructure. Therefore, commitment to collaborative problem solving, sophisticated design, and creating quality products is essential.Key Responsibilities: Design and build J2EE / Spring micro services.Analyse customer /internal requirements /specifications and translate these into software designs.Develop high quality software code based on designs.Perform extensive unit and system level testing to insure that all requirements are met and the highest software quality is achieved.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyse, design, and ship new applicationsEnsure the best possible performance, quality, and responsiveness of the applicationdentify and correct bottlenecks, fix bugsHelp maintain code quality, organization, and automatization.Required Qualifications: 8 years of experience in software, with strong programming skills4 years of experience with J2EE / Spring technologiesBachelor s Degree in Electrical /Electronics /Electronics & Telecommunications /Computer Engineering or equivalentExcellent designing skills with good understanding of design patternsExperience with threading, and performance tuningHands on experience in using code versioning tools such as Git /Gerrit.
