Job Description

The successful candidate will develop Java and J2EE software applications which comply with written and verbally agreed specifications, to agreed timescales and to agreed quality criteria. She/He would lead a team of 3-4 developers and report regularly to the Project Manager on progress and issues. In some cases, She/ he would be also managing the appraisal review, training needs and other people management functions for his/her team.Education:

      • BE, ME, M Tech, B Tech
Technical Requirements:
      • Mandatory
        • Object Orientated Design skills
        • Solid Knowledge of Core Java, J2EE
        • Core Java: Threading, Collections, Synchronization, Locking, annotations, Generics
        • Spring Core, Batch
        • Able to write SQL Queries and Analyze data
        • Good knowledge of design patterns. Knowledge of Domain Driven Design
        • UML Modeling Diagram
        • Application server experience
        • Build scripts like Ant, Maven
        • Used any version Eclipse as development environment
      • Preferred
        • Caching Frameworks
        • IOC framework like Spring, Juice
        • XML Aware
        • Development Best Practices
        • Test driven development
