Job Description

Location: Pune, entire Maharashtra.Job Summary:We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Key Account Manager (KAM) with a proven track record in building and managing the Horeca (Hotel/Restaurant/Cafxc3xa9) business segment. As a Organization, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with key clients in the Horeca industry, driving sales growth, and achieving business objectives. This role requires exceptional communication, negotiation, and strategic thinking skills to effectively promote our products and services within the Horeca sector.ResponsibilitiesHoreca Business Development: Identify new business opportunities within the Horeca segment, analyze market trends, and develop effective strategies to expand our presence in the industryKey Account Management: Build and nurture strong relationships with key clients in the Horeca sector, including hotels, restaurants, cafes, and catering companies.Sales and Revenue Growth: Develop and execute sales plans to achieve revenue targets, including cross-selling and upselling opportunities.Negotiation and Contract Management: Negotiate favorable terms and conditions with clients, ensuring the successful execution of contracts and agreements.Market Intelligence: Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify potential risks and opportunities, providing valuable insights to the management team.Collaborative Approach: Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including marketing, supply chain, and operations, to ensure seamless delivery of products and services to Horeca clients.Customer Relationship Management: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, manage customer inquiries, and resolve any issues in a timely and professional manner.Education: Bcom/MBA/PGDM from a Tier I Tier II collegeExperience: A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in key account management, sales, or business development, preferably within the Horeca industry.Horeca Industry Knowledge: In-depth understanding of the Horeca industry, including its dynamics, key players, and market trends.Relationship Building Skills: Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients at various levels within organizations.Sales and Negotiation Skills: Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets, excellent negotiation skills, and the ability to close deals effectively.Strategic Thinking: Demonstrated ability to think strategically, identify opportunities, and develop innovative solutions to drive business growth.Excellent Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to deliver persuasive presentations and proposals.Analytical Abilities: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data, identify patterns, and make data-driven decisions.Result Orientation: Self-motivated, proactive, and results-driven, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.Flexibility and Adaptability: Willingness to travel frequently, adapt to changing market conditions, and work in a fast-paced environment.If you have a passion for the Horeca industry, a proven ability to build and manage key accounts, and a desire to contribute to the growth of our organization, we would love to hear from you.
