Job Description

    Key Responsibilities:
    • Collect, label, and process biological samples (blood, urine, tissue, etc.) accurately.
    • Conduct routine and specialized laboratory tests as per standard operating procedures (SOPs).
    • Prepare and maintain laboratory reagents, instruments, and equipment.
    • Ensure proper calibration, maintenance, and cleanliness of lab instruments.
    • Record, analyze, and report test results accurately and promptly.
    • Assist in quality control and quality assurance procedures.
    • Follow infection control, biosafety, and ethical standards in the laboratory.
    • Support the pathologist or medical technologist in preparing diagnostic reports.
    • Maintain proper documentation and inventory of lab supplies.
    • Cooperate with clinical and administrative teams for smooth workflow.
