Job Description

    As a Lead Engineer A&C Systems & Standards Software at Automation & Controls Systems & Standards in Mumbai, your role involves creating automation programs following company guidelines and international standards to develop and release a standard PLC, VFD, Servo platform for the product portfolio.Your key responsibilities include:- Designing Control Architecture, Panel, and programming PLC/HMI/SCADA software as per requirements.- Selecting appropriate SW and HW for Automation and Control system components.- Designing, creating, and testing PLC Level 1 modules software code.- Developing Servo drive and VFD software to release product code.- Creating product code for PLC Level 2 & 3, Servo, VFD, and interfaces for ACGE machine portfolio.- Generating content for Master IIOT tag list and evaluating hardware and software solutions for IT system security.- Testing program code for master PLC, VFD, Servo drive and ensuring standard Text blocks content.- Managing testing, releasing, and version control for PLC, VFD, Servo Drive software codes.- Updating SOPs, company standards, and conducting training sessions.- Coordinating with controls system vendors and driving knowledge sharing on regulations and requirements.- Creating ITR test scenarios for PLC, VFD, and Servo drive software.In terms of people development, you are responsible for attending training needs, driving the Systems & Standards software team, and resolving workplace problems within your expertise.Key Result Areas:- Meeting project milestones within agreed timelines.- Certifying machines for regulatory compliance.- Ensuring First Time Right for individual outputs.Key Interfaces:Internal Interfaces within ACG:- System and Standard Team- Project Automation Team- Procurement Team- Masters Engineering- NPD Engineering- Human Resources- Product ManagementExternal Interfaces outside ACG:- Project Consultants- Vendors- Marketing team- IIOT teamCompetencies required:Technical Competency:- Mitsubishi & B&R PLC software Expert- Zenon SCADA Advanced- Global Design and Safety Regulations Expert- Problem Solving Expert- Data Integrity Process Expert- Cross Functional Team Working Advanced- VFD, SERVO Programming Expert- Quality & Service Orientation ExpertEducational and Experience Requirements:- BE in Electrical/Electronics/Instrumentation- Hands-on experience in PLC programming, SCADA, Electrical Hardware selection, and Schematic design- Experience in Mitsubishi & B&R PLC, Motion control is mandatory- 8 to 14 years of experience in design and development of control systems for Pharma machines and industry.,
