Job Description

    Position: Lead- Product Development & Automation ManagementLocation: Wherever we find the right fitJob Overview: We are seeking a skilled Product Developments lead to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the development of new revenue cycle management products & automations from ideation to launch.Responsibilities:Lead the development of new revenue cycle management products & automations from ideation to launch.Work with cross-functional teams to prepare workflow, gather feedback and identify opportunities for new product development.Conduct market research to identify customer needs and market trends.Develop product requirements and specifications.Manage the product development process to ensure products are developed on-time, within budget, and meet customer needs.Collaborate with engineering, design, and marketing teams to create product prototypes and ensure the product is ready for launch.Develop and execute product launch plans, including sales collateral, training materials, and marketing campaigns.Monitor product performance and make recommendations for product improvements based on feedback and market trends.Keep up-to-date with industry trends and technologies to ensure products remain competitive in the marketplaceQualifications:Bachelors degree5+ years of experience in healthcare or revenue cycle management industry.Experience in developing or contributing in developing revenue cycle management automation or product will be an added advantage.Experience working with cross-functional teams.Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.Knowledge of healthcare industry regulations and compliance requirements
